All return/exchange shipping charges will be at the customer's cost.

Items shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All items must be sufficiently insured and tracked. Return shipping costs will not be refunded or credited back to you.

Items being returned from the USA - MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED "RETURN CANADIAN GOODS." Any duties incurred due to improper return shipping labels will be deducted from store credits.
