Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem!

We offer 14 days from the date of purchase for exchanges or store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with original tags and packaging still attached.

All sale, clearance, and markdown items are final sale. These purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


ONLINE RETURNS

If you purchased online and need to send something back, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your item back at the shop, we will process your store credit.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and sufficient insurance, as D Boutique cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with all returns.


Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other use.


Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval once received. If a return does not meet the conditions of our policy, it will be sent back to the customer.


Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
