Exchange Policy

Holiday Exchange Policy:

Please note that Christmas gifts purchased December 1st-21st, 2024 may be exchanged for instore credit between January 2nd - 11th, 2025. Holiday gift exchanged will NOT be accepted outside of those dates.

This is for holiday gifts only, all regular final sale rules apply (read below for that info!).

In the unfortunate event you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be happy to issue an exchange/store credit!

Exchanges/store credits must be done within 7 days.

Items must be in perfect saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged altered in any way, or have tags removed, will not be accepted at the discretion of d boutique

We issue store credits. We do not issue cash refunds!

CLEARANCE, SALE & CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS:

All Thunderpants, personal care items and earrings are FINAL SALE.

Items selected from the Sale/Clearance section will be considered FINAL SALE, and are not returnable for an exchange/credit.

Items that a specifically/custom ordered for you will be considered FINAL SALE.

ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE INFO:

Please contact dayna@dluxestyle.ca within 3 days to initiate the exchange process!

We just want to know what's up :) what you're sending back for a credit, and let you know how/where to send it! 

All return/exchange shipping charges will be at the customer's cost.

Items you are exchanging must be returned within 14 days of receipt of package {this allows for shipping time}

Once we receive your item, a credit will be loaded onto your account to use at your convenience. Credits do not expire! You will be able to use your credit as a payment type during checkout of your next order. Shipping will be determined by your next order total: We offer free shipping on orders of $150 {before tax}

Shop Credit:

Exchanges will be issued back to you in the form of store credit. Your credit DOES NOT EXPIRE! 😇
