Exchange Policy

In the unfortunate event you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be happy to issue an exchange/store credit! Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged altered in any way, or have has removed, will not be accepted at the discretion of d boutique

We issue store credits. We do not issue cash refunds


Items selected from the Sale/Clearance section will be considered FINAL SALE, and are not returnable for an exchange/credit.

Items you are exchanging must be returned within 14 days of receipt of package {this allows for shipping time}

Items that a specifically/custom ordered for you will be considered FINAL SALE.

Items shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All items must be sufficiently insured and tracked. Return shipping costs will not be refunded or credited back to you.
