Since there's a few newbies here, we thought we'd share our story πŸ“šWe started Everist with the mission to make lower impact beauty products that just happen to be BETTER than what you're using now. After decades working for some of the world's biggest beauty companies, it didn't make sense to us that most haircare is 70% water in a plastic bottle (why are we shipping water around the world, when we use these products in the shower?🚿). We started out by trying to make 'mix-at-home-with-water' formulas and then thought - can we make this easier? Can we come up with something closer to what people are used to using? So we got to experimenting πŸ§ͺ with our chemist and combined a powdered cleanser into a base of aloe vera and glycerin to make a creamy paste and voila ⚑️: our first-of-their-kind haircare concentrates were born (we're making this sound too easy, it was almost 2 years and 100s of formulations later).
Our hybrid concentrates (haircare - and now body care - in a base of hydrating skincare ingredients) are patent-pending, 15x award-winning (including Time's Best Invention and Cosmopolitan's Best Clean Conditioner πŸ†) and a little goes a long way!
